I happily lead this dance
on this dance floor of memories..
we know the steps, we take a chance
in the limelight of yesterdays breeze

Our feet on ashes swept aside
we step into a world whole new
no jewel on earth can buy our time
or no fear can shade us blue

Down below us only clouds
above us the wings of eternity
Dancing as light plays upon shadow
setting our souls evermore free
